Gloria Toney-Fleets, is the Founder & President of ANCHQORD Hope Community Development Corporation (CDC), a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization established in Dekalb County, Georgia. Our values define and influence the way we work and interact with our colleagues; as well as the way we serve our clients, and therefore our objective is to lead with integrity, character and compassion, and to maintain the company’s mission & vision in accordance, with its core beliefs, policies, corporate standards and non-profit organizational effectiveness; and therefore, implement the vision with realistic sound strategies to maximize financial soundness and stability.
Gloria is resilient, creative, tenacious and a dynamic executive professional, her leadership and coaching style affords her the capacity to influence, negotiate and collaborate at every level of management. She bring over 29 years of professional experience in the areas of corporate executive management, non-profit capacity building & compliance, strategic planning, hospitality, healthcare, conference speaker and facilitator, public & private partnership, and marketing & branding campaigns. In close partnership with the Board of Trustees we
will develop short & long-term financial profitability goals, develop strategic solutions, facilitate public and private partnerships and create new business opportunities in an effort to promote economic growth and sustainability.
